    China-spec Avatrs need the Chinese app (+86 number + Huawei account). Have the Chinese agent set up the account and authorize your number before shipping, switch the system to English, and disable Chinese-SIM-dependent services.

    Avatr 11 hidden engineering menu (tap version number 8×)

    Tap the software version number 8×, then the memory entry 8×, then swipe up from the lower-left corner. Used on older firmware for language and timezone fixes. Owner-community verified warning: it contains options that can permanently brick the car — look but don't poke.

    Stuck charging cable? The reset is in the rear trunk

    A known Avatr 11 import issue: the charge-port lock refuses to release the cable. The community-verified fix when app/screen release fails: briefly disconnect the 12V battery negative clamps in the rear trunk — the lock actuator resets and frees the cable.
