Stick to the Desert Highway (Route 15) — the Wadi Araba and Dead Sea roads are prettier, but charging on them is next to non-existent.
Most cars with 400+ km real range do it on one charge in winter — in summer with AC running, plan the Ma'an stop without exception.
Direction matters: the descent into Aqaba (~800 m drop) uses far less than the climb back — budget the return at a higher consumption.
